Param Sundari Track Accused Of Copying Laal Suit

A new Bollywood song has triggered a wave of criticism online, with many claiming it resembles a Pakistani drama soundtrack.

The track, Danger, was unveiled as part of the film Param Sundari, a romantic story involving characters from different regions of India. The movie is expected to release on 29 August 2025.

Soon after the song’s launch, viewers on social platforms began comparing it to Laal Suit, a wedding-themed song from the hit Pakistani series Mannat Murad broadcast on Geo TV.

Laal Suit became a fan favourite for its lively dance sequences and star-studded cast, including Iqra Aziz, Talha Chahour and Rabya Kulsoom.

Social media users noted similarities in melody and arrangement, suggesting that the Bollywood team may have borrowed elements from the Pakistani production. Some even argued that the original Pakistani number was more catchy and culturally rich.

Clips of both songs have been widely shared, with hashtags linking the two trending across X, Instagram and YouTube. While some defended the Indian song as an independent creation, others insisted the resemblances were too close to ignore.
