Renowned Bollywood actors Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have ended weeks of speculation by confirming they are expecting their first child together.
The couple shared the announcement on Instagram today, posting a Polaroid-style picture of Kaushal gently holding the baby bump of the Bollywood actress .
“On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude,” the couple wrote on the Instagram post.
The post instantly drew widespread attention, with fans and celebrities flooding the comments section with congratulatory messages and well wishes.

Although the pair did not disclose further details, a source close to the family said Kaif is in her third trimester, with the baby expected between October 15 and 30.
Kaif, 42, and Kaushal, 37, married in December 2021 in an intimate ceremony at Rajasthan’s Fort Barwara, attended by close friends and family.
Last week, NDTV in India reported that, the renowned couple were expecting their first child and the baby is due between October and November.
Last year, Vicky Kaushal said at the trailer launch of his film Bad Newz, he said: “We will be very happy to share the good news when it happens. For now, there’s no truth.”
