Pakistani actor Imran Ashraf has officially stepped into Indian Punjabi cinema with the energetic party track “All Good”, the first song released from his upcoming film Enna Nu Rehna Sehna Ni Aaunda. The song, sung by Ranjit Bawa, who also features in the film, dropped on Tuesday to roaring fanfare.

Ashraf took to Instagram to share a vibrant clip from the song’s music video, captioning it:

“ALL GOOD. First song of our film is out. Sung by Ranjit Bawa. Enna Nu Rehna Sehna Ni Aaunda – in cinemas all over the world on 22 August.”

Set in a neon-lit party environment, the track showcases Imran Ashraf grooving alongside friends, sparking buzz across social media and earning it the tag of “party anthem of the year.”

Fans flooded the comments with excitement and admiration:

  • “Inshallah sir, I’m coming to meet you at the cinema, be ready!”

  • “All the best brother, Imran Ashraf ❤😎🤘🏼”

The film is a cross-border comedy centered on international students adjusting to life abroad. Featuring a stellar cast including Jassie Gill, Sapna Pabbi, and Pakistani comedian Nasir Chinyoti, Enna Nu Rehna Sehna Ni Aaunda is set for worldwide release on August 22, including cinemas in Pakistan — a notable feat given the tense political climate.

Originally planned for release in May, the film was delayed, likely due to Indo-Pak political tensions and restrictions on Pakistani content in Indian cinemas. However, the project has persevered, drawing praise for its commitment to creative collaboration.

The release coincides with the controversy surrounding another cross-border film, Sardaar Ji 3, starring Hania Aamir and Diljit Dosanjh, which is yet to be released in India following backlash from right-wing groups. Despite the hurdles, Sardaar Ji 3 became the highest-grossing Punjabi film outside India, according to director Amar Hundal.

Imran Ashraf’s new venture represents not only a personal milestone but also a cultural bridge — a refreshing moment of unity in an often-fractured regional dynamic.
