Pakistani actress Hina Chaudhry recently revealed a romantic chapter from her life, tracing her journey from being a student to marrying her former teacher.
In a morning show appearance, Hina shared how her love story with Ali, now her husband and close friend, began quietly and unexpectedly. The couple now share a strong bond and are proud parents to a three-year-old daughter.
According to Hina, she and Ali lived in the same neighbourhood during their childhood. Their families were familiar, yet the two barely interacted. Years later, she saw him again at university, where he was working as a faculty member. At the time, the professional boundaries kept them from any conversation.
It wasn’t until Ali resigned from his teaching role that their relationship began to develop. Hina explained that she was struggling with a subject, and on her mother’s suggestion, reached out to Ali for help. That academic support eventually sparked a deeper connection, leading to marriage.

Her father, she said, often jokes that he doesn’t know what Ali taught her, but it was enough to win her heart.
Hina started her showbiz journey as a model and soon moved into acting, where she played supporting roles before landing leads in successful dramas such as Yun To Hai Pyar Bohat, Ibn-e-Hawa, and College Gate.
Currently, she stars in Rasm-e-Wafa, a soap serial gaining popularity, especially for her on-screen chemistry with actor Omar Alam.
