Former Pakistani Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry has taken a fresh swipe at singer Adnan Sami, mocking him for showcasing custom earphones adorned with the Indian flag. The jab came after Sami, who renounced his Pakistani citizenship in 2016 and is now based in Mumbai, posted a picture on X (formerly Twitter) revealing his latest audio gear.
“Just received my customised ‘In Ear Monitors’ from @ultimateearspro in USA for my live concerts! These are my 2nd pair & they sound incredible… They made this design with the Indian flag especially upon my request,” wrote Sami, expressing pride in his new equipment.

Responding to the post, Fawad Chaudhry sarcastically remarked, “Order some brain as well, Ears pro is too little for you,” triggering a wave of reactions online.
This isn’t the first time Fawad has targeted the artist. Last month, amid tensions between India and Pakistan when Indian authorities reportedly asked Pakistani nationals to leave the country, Fawad had tweeted, “What about Adnan Sami?”
The ongoing war of words escalated when Sami fired back, calling Fawad an “illiterate idiot.” He added, “To think that you were Minister of (Mis) Information and have no knowledge of any information… And you were Minister of Science?”
