Authorities apprehended him when he was purportedly attempting to fly abroad, and he was placed on the Provisional National Identification List. He faces allegations for promoting unlawful gambling and betting applications on his station, which are illegal in Pakistan. A formal FIR was filed, and he was first detained on physical remand before being transferred to judicial custody.

Despite his quiet since being arrested, his channel has garnered hundreds of new subscribers.Supporters argue that this demonstrates the dedication of his fan base and that the charges may be overstated or politically motivated. Others claim that the increase is due to extensive media coverage and interest.

Critics argue that influencers should be held accountable for advocating unsafe platforms, particularly when targeting young audiences. The case has reignited discussion in Pakistan over digital legislation and the obligations of internet artists.

Ducky Bhai, known for his roast videos and vlogs, is no stranger to controversy; however, this time the focus is on legal issues rather than internet feuds. As his case progresses, people are curious to see how he responds to the claims once released.

For the time being, he is Pakistan’s first YouTuber to reach 9 million followers while serving a sentence.
