The investigating officer told the court that Salman Haider was found guilty in the inquiry. However, the complainant’s lawyer argued that the investigation was flawed and claimed that co-accused Rajab Butt and Man Dogar were wrongly cleared without explanation. He also alleged that important data from the complainant’s and her sister’s mobile phones was erased.
The lawyer urged the court to deny Haider’s bail, while the defence argued the case was registered on false grounds and requested confirmation of his interim bail. The court adjourned the hearing until the police report is submitted.
