The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) produced Rehman before Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo after the completion of his initial two-day remand. NCCIA officials sought further custody to continue their interrogation, which the court approved.

Ducky Bhai was arrested on Sunday at Lahore airport following an FIR filed by the NCCIA under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), along with relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code.

The case, registered on August 17, invokes sections 13 (Electronic Forgery), 14 (Electronic Fraud), 25 (Spamming), and 26 (Spoofing) of PECA, in addition to sections 294-B and 420 of the PPC.

According to the FIR, the YouTuber promoted gambling and betting applications that lured the public into investing millions of rupees, only for the platforms to defraud users.
