Punjab University Seeks Visiting Faculty for Energy Engineering Courses

The Institute of Energy and Environmental Engineering at Punjab University’s Quaid-e-Azam Campus has announced openings for visiting faculty positions in its undergraduate Energy Engineering program.

The institute is inviting experienced educators to apply for teaching roles in a variety of subjects, including Applied Physics, Islamic Studies, Functional English, and Industrial Psychology, among others. The courses are part of the B.Sc. (Engineering) curriculum.

Applicants are required to hold at least an MPhil or PhD in a relevant field and have a minimum of five years’ experience teaching at the university level. Selected candidates will be expected to lead 16- to 18-week courses, assess student performance, and manage course documentation in line with the university’s Outcome-Based Education system and Pakistan Engineering Council guidelines.

Those interested must send a single PDF file containing their updated CV, cover letter, academic degree, and a recent photograph to info.ieee@pu.edu.pk by May 25, 2025. The subject line of the email must clearly indicate the course being applied for.

Punjab University has stated that incomplete submissions will not be entertained, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
