The 9th class board examinations for 2026 in Punjab will start from April 17, 2026. This schedule will be followed by all educational boards working under the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC). The decision ensures that exams will be held at the same time across the province.
The unified schedule applies to major boards, including the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore, BISE Rawalpindi, and BISE Multan. Other boards in Punjab will also follow the same timetable to maintain fairness and transparency.
According to the date sheet, exams will be conducted in morning and evening sessions. Morning papers will begin at 9:00 AM, while evening papers will start at 2:00 PM. On Fridays, evening exams will begin at 2:30 PM to accommodate prayer time.
Students are advised to check their roll number slips carefully and confirm their examination centers before the exams begin. They must reach the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the paper starts.
Board authorities have also reminded students to strictly follow examination rules. Mobile phones and other electronic devices are not allowed inside the examination centers.
With the exams just around the corner, students are encouraged to focus on their preparation. Teachers and parents are also supporting candidates to help them perform well in these important annual examinations.
