Gaza Bleeds: Israeli Strikes Spark Global Outrage & Crisis

The ongoing Israeli airstrikes on Gaza have led to an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, with thousands of unarmed civilians dead and essential aid blocked. Amid growing global outrage, calls for military intervention and political support for Gaza intensify to halt the ongoing ethnic cleansing.

Israeli attacks in Gaza escalate, with rising civilian deaths, aid blockades, and global calls for urgent intervention to stop the humanitarian crisis.

Israeli brutality in Gaza has been ongoing for the past one and a half years, but in the last three or four days, horrifying stories and scenes of the deaths of unarmed civilians from Gaza have been emerging. On one side is the Israeli army, and on the other, hunger and thirst. Sadly, all of these lead toward the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.

Since October 7, 2023, more than 50,700 Palestinians have been martyred in Israeli attacks, including 46 people in the last 24 hours. After Israel’s unilateral violation of the ceasefire agreement on March 18, more than 1,300 civilians have been martyred.

According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, Gaza is now taking its last breaths. The troubling part is that Israel has imposed a complete ban on aid convoys to Gaza for over a month, leading to severe shortages of essential supplies. Because of this crisis, reports have surfaced of dozens of children dying from hunger.

The current ground situation in Gaza was detailed yesterday in a report by Al Jazeera’s journalist Hani Mahmoud, who said that death is now very close to the Palestinians.

The horrific and unbelievable scenes of indiscriminate Israeli bombing in Gaza are emerging scenes perhaps never before witnessed in human history. And the entire world is merely watching these scenes unfold.

Such is the extent of Israel’s reckless actions that on March 23, it killed 15 unarmed workers of the Palestinian Red Crescent in Rafah and then, to hide this crime, buried all the workers at the same location immediately.

When there was an uproar over this action, Israel baselessly claimed that the people killed included Hamas fighters. They also claimed that the convoy were targeted because the vehicles had their headlights off and were suspicious.

However, yesterday, The New York Times released mobile video footage of the incident, clearly showing that the vehicles’ headlights were on and the Red Crescent workers were unarmed.

Meanwhile, after the end of the ceasefire in Gaza, efforts are being made to bring Israel back to the negotiation table. But Israel has shown no interest in any such attempts.

As a result, the International Union of Muslim Scholars, a major organisation of Arab scholars based in Qatar, has issued a fatwa urging all Arab and Muslim nations to step in militarily immediately to halt the carnage in Gaza and fulfil their mandate by supporting Gaza politically and economically.
