Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who is currently in London, has instructed the authorities to take immediate action to address the flour crisis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant and PML-N President for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engineer Amir Muqam, informed the Prime Minister of the concerns of the people of the province regarding the flour crisis in a phone call from Uzbekistan. Responding promptly, the Prime Minister has ordered an investigation into the crisis.

The Prime Minister’s swift action comes at a time when the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are facing a shortage of flour, which has resulted in skyrocketing prices and long queues outside flour mills. The crisis has led to a significant increase in the prices of other food items, causing great hardship for the people of the province.

The Prime Minister has emphasized that the problem of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a problem for the whole country, and the authorities must take urgent steps to address it. The investigation ordered by the Prime Minister will identify the causes of the flour crisis and recommend measures to prevent such a situation from arising again in the future.

It is worth noting that the flour crisis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is not a new problem. In recent years, the province has been hit by several flour crises, which have caused immense suffering to the people. Despite repeated promises by the authorities to address the issue, the crisis has persisted, highlighting the need for a more proactive approach to tackling the problem.

In this regard, the Prime Minister’s call for immediate action and an investigation into the crisis is a step in the right direction. It is hoped that the investigation will lead to a comprehensive understanding of the causes of the crisis and result in concrete measures to address the issue.

The Prime Minister’s directive to address the flour crisis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a welcome development. The crisis has caused immense suffering to the people of the province and requires urgent attention from the authorities. The investigation ordered by the Prime Minister is an essential step toward addressing the issue, and it is hoped that it will lead to long-term solutions that can prevent such crises from occurring in the future.
