The price of gold in Pakistan continued its upward trajectory for the fourth straight day, following similar trends in the international market.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs1,500, bringing the new rate to Rs363,000 on Saturday. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs1,206, reaching Rs311,213.

Meanwhile, the global gold market also saw an upward shift, with the price of gold per ounce climbing by $15 to reach $3,432.
Silver prices in Pakistan witnessed a modest hike as well. The price of one tola of 24-karat silver rose by Rs7, now standing at Rs3,787, while 10 grams of silver increased to Rs3,246.
The continuous surge in gold prices is attributed to global economic uncertainties and investor movement toward safer assets such as precious metals.
