After a sharp rally earlier this week, gold prices showed no change on Tuesday in both Pakistan and global markets.

Figures shared by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association confirmed that 24-karat gold continued trading at Rs370,700 per tola. Prices for 10 grams also remained fixed at Rs317,815.

The global gold market followed the same pattern, with rates standing still at $3,480 per ounce. Market watchers described the pause as a cooling period after record gains.

Silver prices mirrored the trend. A tola of 24-karat silver held unchanged at Rs4,303.

Experts said investors were cautious, keeping a close watch on economic data and international market shifts before making new moves.

They added that any signals from central banks could influence whether the current stability turns into another surge or a correction.
