By introducing WhatsApp-based e-commerce, Bank Alfalah is catering to the growing demand for mobile-first, hassle-free transactions.   • Receive Personalised Offers through WhatsApp Broadcasting: Users can subscribe to receive exclusive promotions, latest deals, and new arrivals tailored to their preferences.
  • Make Seamless Purchases Without Switching Apps: Users can add products to their cart and complete transactions within WhatsApp, eliminating the need to visit multiple websites or apps.

The integration of AlfaMall on WhatsApp has introduced a more interactive way to shop, allowing users to connect instantly, explore exclusive deals, and place orders without switching between multiple apps. By messaging on the Bank’s WhatsApp platform, users can instantly access a product catalog, explore categories, and select their favorite items all within a familiar platform.
