In a tragic and heroic encounter near the Pak-Afghan border, four Pakistani soldiers paid the ultimate sacrifice as they thwarted an infiltration attempt by Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists. The incident unfolded in the region of Sambaza in District Zhob, where security forces acted swiftly to repel the militants attempting to breach Pakistan’s borders. The martyred soldiers, identified as Havildar Sattar, Lance Naik Sher Azam, Lance Naik Adnan, and Sepoy Nadeem, displayed immense bravery in the face of danger.

In the exchange of fire, three TTP militants were also killed, and several others sustained injuries. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to safeguarding peace and prosperity and pledged to continue thwarting the efforts of those who seek to disrupt the nation’s tranquility.

The incident near the Afghan border underscores the constant challenges posed by terrorism in the region, as Pakistani security forces remain vigilant in their efforts to maintain peace and security. This article provides a detailed account of the encounter and its significance, shedding light on the bravery and dedication of Pakistan’s soldiers in the face of adversity.
